Todd is one of the best communicators I have met in the industry that cuts right to the facts of challenges we face every day. Todd is a person that can see the positive and negative in relationships between Funeral Home staff and the cemetery family service staff and is able to build bridges. I have had the privilege to attend some of Todd’s work shops over the years and I still use many of his books and philosophy in dealing with staff and families on a daily basis. Thank you Todd.

Todd has put together a lot of great community outreach ideas and programs for every type of firm in every type of market. Some of the community outreach programs were definitely “out of the box”… The Funeral Directors who embraced the programs were the ones who ultimately had the most success.
